Project Management

Our project management methodologies are based on PMI standards. However, we adopt diverse project management approaches based on the nature and characteristics of the project at hand. We also focus on integrating the agile methodologies and the human interaction management with the traditional project management approaches.

Our project management services include the following processes:

Initiating

We determine, through the initiating processes, the nature and scope of the project at hand. The key project controls need an understanding of the business environment making sure that all necessary controls are incorporated into the project.

Planning and Design

For every project, we devise a mechanism to plan time, cost, and resources adequately to estimate the work needed and to effectively manage risk during project execution. In addition, our plans include communication and scope management, identifying roles and responsibilities, and determining what to purchase for every project.

Executing

In addition to coordinating the resources assigned to the project, we make sure to complete the work defined in the project plan based on the project’s requirements.

Monitoring and Controlling

This is the phase which needs delicate attention where potential problems could arise such as project issues and risks. We observe and measure the project performance and take corrective action for any issues to control the execution of the project and mitigate risks.

Closing

After the successful implementation of the project we move towards the closure of the project by officially delivering the project and attaining the formal acceptance from the customer.
